Guidance 

All coils between 0.6ohm and 0.9ohm can use nic salts & 60/40 e-liquids with a max nicotine strength of 20mg. Coils above 1ohm can be used with nic salts and 50/50 e-liquids with a nicotine strength as high as 20mg. Coils below 0.6ohm should only be used with high VG e-liquids with a maximum nicotine strength of 6mg.

Choosing the appropriate e-liquid and nicotine strength will allow you to have a pleasant vaping experience whilst pro-longing the life of your coils.  The average life of your coil should be around 1-2 weeks depending on usage and batch quality.
