What Are Vape Box Mods? 

Vape box mods can generally be divided into subcategories; regulated and non-regulated. Regulated box mods have a chip set and come with a variety of safety features to ensure they are safe for everyday use. For example, short circuit or automatic cutoff protections. Regulated mods are the most common and widely used vape device. Beginner regulated mods generally have no display and all their settings are fixed or automatically adjusted to suit whichever atomiser is sitting on them. Advanced regulated mods come with a wealth of features, for example, adjustable power and temperature settings and other adjustable settings. They also display useful data including number of puffs, coil resistance and operating output. 

Non-regulated or mechanical mods are only for advanced vapers who have expert knowledge of the law of ohms and battery safety. Unlike regulated mods, a mechanical mod does not have any adjustable software settings and no safety features. This is because there is no chip or wires within it. The coil on a mechanical mod kit draws power directly from your batteries. As your batteries begin to deplete, you'll notice the power will start decrease.
