Orders, Deliveries and Returns

Delivery Process

We aim to process all our orders on the same working day, if they are placed before 3 pm.

All  domestic orders are sent out through Royal Mail or My Hermes. International orders are processed using Royal Mail. 

All major debit/credit card providers are accepted as well as PayPal.

All orders over £25.00 include free delivery and are sent out using My Hermes Signed For.  


How do I cancel my order?


You can cancel your order by either calling us in store or emailing, please note that email cancellations must be done as soon as possible and that once your order is with our courier we cannot stop it, you can send the order back and will be refunded.

If your product is found to have a fault, we are more than happy to replace it for you or provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After this 30 day period, we will not accept the return of any goods, regardless of their condition.
However, we are unable to replace or return used items, or items that have been tampered with.


Any returns of e-liquid need to be returned in the state in which they were received and no torn, opened, or damaged outer or inner boxes of e-liquid will be refunded.


Please follow the returns procedure set out below:
Send your faulty item by RECORDED DELIVERY, along with an outline of the fault (or a copy of an email to customer service) and include your return address to:

Once we have received your item, we will replace it with a new one and send it to the address you have provided.
The delivery of your replacement item will take 3-5 working days.

Unwanted Goods:


If you have received your goods from us, but would like to return them, please follow the return procedure set out below:
Send your unwanted item by RECORDED DELIVERY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, along with your reason for the return (or a copy of your email to customer services) and include your return address to:

Once we have received your item, we will either issue you with a refund to the value of your goods or provide your with store credit. 
Please note refunds cannot be given for any damaged, torn or opened outer or inner boxes or part used packs of e-liquid.

Delivery Rates 

As mentioned earlier, all orders over £25 are subject to free delivery. Please see our rates for all orders below £25: 

  • Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class: £4.55
  • Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class: £4.00

 

EU Delivery Rates

We accept orders from all EU states. EU delivery is available via Royal Mail and costs £9.99

USA & Australia 

All deliveries to the USA and Australia costs £12.99 

Click and Collect 

All click and collect orders aim to be processed on the same day within an hour of the order being placed. If the order arrives late or during closing hours, it will likely be carried into the next day when the shop re-opens. We will keep all customers updated about their orders. Click and Collect is also available on Sundays within the opening hours. 

Lost Items 

All our parcels are sent out using a tracked service, either with Royal Mail or My Hermes. Once we dispatch the items, we cannot be held responsible if items go missing or get stolen. That must be taken up with the courier.
